Panasonic's Heavy Duty Commercial Microwave Ovens are constructed from durable stainless steel inside and out, to meet NSF standards. Door hinges alone are tested up to 400,000 times. 150,000 more than required. With space at a premium in any kitchen, the Heavy Duty line is only 16" wide, yet can accommodate a 6" tall covered 1/2 pan or a 12" platter. Note that these and all Panasonic Commercial Microwave Ovens come with a "Grab & Go" door handle; with no moving parts, THAT’S for durability. Top and bottom energy feed make for even cooking and the ovens' 60 "quick-pick" programmable pads, and reliability satisfy the needs of any commercial kitchen.
