New methods of preparation
norrkopingNorrköping municipality’s dietary unit have started using new cooking methods. The methods make cooking more efficient, reduce energy consumption and environmental stress, and improve working environments throughout the kitchen.
Preparation on tinplate in the oven
The unit has invested in tinplate with a patented aluminium alloy. Both cooking and clean-up are swifter. Work is both simplifed and made more enjoyable. The time saved when using the new tinplates can be used for improving the business even more.
